Ici Paris Xl

Today we first asked for a foundation shade. The lady was helping other customer so she called another colleague of hers. Then came the lady(don’t know her name but she got a black mark on lip). We asked her to check the price of a YSL lip shade and without checking she said 60euros. I was doubtful so I asked again while billing to check and she said she was so sure it’s 60 euros and kind of felt like she stopped us from buying that. I came home and checked the price online and found it on iciparis it was only 37 euros. I was so disappointed that staff could mislead customers like this. It looks like she deliberately wanted to not sell anything and show an uninterested attitude. I’m so sad that I couldn’t buy this shade because I liked it so much :(

The store had what I came for. I went to the store twice in the last month, I experience treatments where the employees were not friendly and busy with themselves. The first time, they were busy trying out and fixing their own make up with the stuffs in the stores. I tried to ask questions but they seemed very uninterested. The second time i went there, the cashier was rude. She seemed to not like it when I asked for a bag while I specifically said that the lipstick I bought was for a gift. She did not even bother to wrap it. She also gave the previous customer some samples while gave me nothing, only plain bag. Very bad service so I will never go back. Douglas is so much better , they also give sample generously.

It seems a bit more expensive but generally a good assortment and Imthey price matched me in the past. When I went in there last time with questions about a makeup brand it took quite some time to get someone to acknowledge me. The lady only shaked her head (they didn't carry that particular brand) but her younger assistant did talk to me and gave me very helpful information on where to get it (Hourglass) and was friendly enough. I felt more welcome (as a male) in other cosmetics stores.

Friday noon 22nd of July I entered the store in stationsstraat Almere looking for the *Clinique* sale. Searched the store for some help on the items, only 1 girl by the Casa also payments also wrapping presents.long waiting line. Second women talking with a client about Parfums,and no other assistance to be found in the store so I waited around 20 minutes for assistance untill I had my chance to ask a question the girl at the Casa. She couldn't answer the question so called the floor Manager who came very angry and upset and with a hostile attitude told me I should read the fine letter first on the sale page and than turned away from me with a long byeeeeeeee. Very bad service by this store and especially by this woman the blond floor manager. It sure gives a bad reputation and bad feeling to this store. How sad since I usually buy there often and enjoy the other staff members. And this store atmosphere..
